Her favorite food: definitely Ice cream (although we don’t usually have it in our house). If she has had one bite of your ice cream, she refuses to try
anything else. She has continued to do well at meal times and likes all her veggies & fruit. She now has cheerios as part of her breakfast and sometimes she likes to feed herself with mom’s help. She also eats some of mom's and dad's food if she likes it, like spaghetti, lasagna, hamburgers, chicken enchiladas, banana bread, etc.
Her favorite activities: watching DVD's (mostly music ones), reading books, playing with Buzz Lightyear, Woody & Rex, especially while watching Toy Story, giving her stuffed animals hugs, going on walks in her stroller or getting to walk around stores wherever she leads us.
In Julia's 12th/13th month (July/August), she only knew a few words: car, daddy, dog, duck, and what's that.
In Julia's 14th month (September), she amazed us with how quick she began to pick up words. She can clearly say at least 18 new words: all gone, ball, cookie, cup, ear, Elmo, Eeyore, eyes, hair, keys, momma, no, owl, walk, wee, Woody (from Toy Story), yellow, yucky
In the first few days of October, Julia has added a few more words to her vocabulary: baby, bubbles, Roxy (The Keneaster's dog), hat, horse & moo.
She is still awake at 11:30pm tonight (which is unusual for her), and she just told me "ni-ni" for good night, so I laid her in her crib, and she was okay for a minute, until I left the room. Finally at 11:45, she is asleep.
