I'd like to think so. I figure, as long as she has a bow in her hair, blue is just fine. This is one of my favorite outfits that Julia has, maybe because I picked it out. I bought this outfit at Costco years ago when I used to work there. I hoped that one day I would be able to dress my baby in it.
